At Classic Direct we have just moved our systems online to improve the services we provide to our customers, a step that has seen us take on a subscription based detailing booking system. Our new systems allow us to provide quotes quickly and store them in the cloud so we can manage our business from anywhere, whilst giving us an online booking system for the first time. We are finally saying goodbye to Outlook and joining many other detailers in the world of online saas products (software as a service apparently). Our tool of choice is the Auto detailing booking software by 3Dom Wraps.
This detailing booking system update to our processes and business will not effect the way our customers deal with us, you can still email or call like before, except now we will be able to input your needs into our POS (yes that’s a point of sale, or so I’ve been told). Vehicle detailing is run in such a way that we are often on the road or managing teams of staff who are on the right, making the online side of our business essential. In fact our teams on the road can take bookings and provide quotes whilst with customers or existing customers.
Although this is the first time we have used such software, we have taken steps to learn everything we need through various webinars and tutorials. We now feature on an automotive detailing directory, having done some comparisons and checked out the differences between 3Dom Wraps and Wrapper Mapper, with one being broader than the other in terms of services, this was a no brainer.
AS we expand our automotive detailing business online, we are regularly looking to write blogs, bring out work into online galleries and create reviews and testimonials from our customers, giving us the credentials we deserve but ones that are not well known online.
